Summer drought

No, I'm not talking about my sex life or the weather. I'm talking about the lack of video games this summer. Now, you must know this first: I sold my Gamecube, I don't have a Wii or a PS3, the Xbox is dead and my PS2 doesn't work well anymore. So, my focus is solely on the Xbox 360 and because of that, I believe that this summer is a horrible time for video games. The Darkness has just been released, and I hear Call of Juarez is pretty good, but I have yet to play those. So, until early August, with the release of Stranglehold, I will be bored with my 360. Yes, I have Guitar Hero 2 to play and master, but I like to switch it up once in a while.

The game that I wish would come out now, instead of late August, is BioShock. This game looks amazing and has me intrigued to play it right now. If I was able to play it now and put some valuable time into beating it, instead of putting it in the season of great games (GTA4 and Halo 3, anyone?). I guess I'll just have to deal with this drought and go drink instead.
