First, he lets us know that our frustrations with airlines and their shitty paperwork is justified.
Second, he gives us insight into just how shitty our grammar has become and even though it is good to bring it up, it's probably never going to change.
All this coming from a "paper" about the most bizzare and wonderfully unnecessary news.
