Nargle: Considered a type of pest, nargles apparently infest mistletoe, according to Luna "Loony" Lovegood. Hermione tells Neville they do not exist. In the movies, she makes comments on how Nargles are the thieves of all of her items, and Hermione tells Neville she has no idea instead.

So apparently Luna's charm doesn't keep Black Wizards away.
