Played by British Actress Natalia Tena, who was born in 1984. Yes, I included that tid bit of non-knowledge so that someone can surf the interweb and find a sexier picture. She won me over in the latest Harry Potter movie, though she was hardly in it. I am sincerely hoping that she continues to be involved with the franchise and, well, totally pulls a sexy witch scene.
