Hysterical Video and then Horrific News

Tina Fey plays Palin so well

Also, watching CNN showed me that this "bailout" plan is probably one of the worst mistakes the government can do. Instead of bailing out the rich ass CEOs at these companies, Lou Dobbs suggested giving it to the tax payers to induce spending and relieve the market. But no, that probably won't happen because politicians are only interested in making money. They could give a shit about the American people they are supposed to protect. Why does this country love fucking its citizens up the ass and through the mouth? I think I'm now going to vote for Obama, because I feel like he actually cares about the American citizens...hopefully I'm right. Also, I hope that the government doesn't fuck us over big time, otherwise I'm immigrating to Europe.

Hottie of the Day

Thanks to Jay & Bill on 97.1 "The Ticket," I have the honor of presenting you with an extremely hot chick in an NFL jersey. Any of my fellow bloggers find girls in jerseys sexy?

New Stuff From My Brain

I'm gonna start off with the story of Paul Newman. He died over the weekend, at the age of 83. Now, I haven't seen much of his work, but I thought he was a cool guy. He used to race cars and act and started up a food company as a joke. A joke that raised over $100 million for charity. He was an amazing man, and I'm sure he'll be sorely missed.

Scarlett Johannsen and Ryan Reynolds got married over the weekend, in Canada. First off, I didn't even know they were dating. Secondly, good job Ryan Reynolds, that's definitely a step up from Alanis Morrisette.

Here's something I haven't done in a while:
Earlier today I saw Eagle Eye. My initial reaction was pure excitement. But after reading some reviews, I'm thinking otherwise. The story is rather thrilling. Everything moves at a rather quick pace, which keeps things exciting but also keeps you going "what the fuck just happened?" Once you figure out what's going on though, you're just like "oh, I knew that was going to happen." Also, the chase scenes are on full throttle, but are shot in a shaky camera way to where things are just thrown around without much logic and with no regard for any innocent person's safety. There are some obvious movie flubs, one notably stands out in my mind: when LeBeouf gets into a gray Sebring that mysteriously turns into a black Avenger by the next scene. That's lazy film-making. I did like LeBeouf's performance in this movie. He brings a certain charm and charisma to any movie he's a part of. He helps the movie with his acting, even with the ridiculous plot. Michelle Monaghan is uber hot and quite charming, if kinda wooden. Billy Bob seems out of place in his role, but he was alright. Rosario Dawson and Michael Chiklis did decent enough jobs. Oh, and Ethan Embry also made a comeback for anyone who was missing him from their lives, but I couldn't have cared less about his character. All-in-all, it was an acceptable techno-thriller with some exciting thrills, but everything seems to work out too perfectly. I give it about a 5/10 and a half assed review.

Tonight I also watched the second season premiere of Californication on Showtime. I'm probably gonna download the first season and wished I had Showtime for the second season, because that show is fucking hilarious. I have a renewed faith in David Duchovny.

Besides going out to watch Eagle Eye, I did absolutely nothing today, but I have watched Clerks II about 4 times in the past week.

Well, I have a week left down here. I can't wait to come back to Okemos. See ya bitches next week.

Why So Serious, Eva Longoria?

So Eva Longoria wore way too much make-up to the Emmys. She looks like the goddam joker. Or at least a clown.

ps. Gilmore Girls should NOT have it's own label. no other tv shows do, and God knows Gilmore doesn't deserve to

Triumphant return

HELLO! This is partially in response to Hock's last post but also because I have missed writing on this blog (short of the WYR) for quite a while. I took a little time this morning to look through a lot of our old posts from 2007 and read some of the comments, philosophical debates, overall bitching and just plain old fun discussions. I think back fondly on all of those times as I remembered writing so many of them. I hope everything is well with everyone and my sincerest apologies to you Kiznox for never returning your call, I always seem to get sidetracked and want to have a real conversation where I'm not moving around all the time and can focus on the conversation, plus the fact that I do not know your schedule. Let me know what it is and I will try to schedule (that's what my life has become) a real chunk of time to sit down and chat. Alright, without further APU (oh I have been zinged and I love it!) let me catch you up on the life of Rambo Dakota since we last talked...

First and foremost I should probably talk about the biggest thing going on in my life right now and that would be my job. Working for HR has given me quite a lot of experience with all aspects of HR and, so far at least, I am loving what I do. That is a feeling I hope stays but I have great coworkers and a kick ass boss who I get along with great. We usually grab lunch together almost everyday (we are the only two guys in the department) and just shoot the shit. I have gotten to know so many people within the organization and have a lot of great relationships with managers, other HR reps and even employees/candidates. So that is that in terms of the job, I'm pretty adjusted to full time employment and getting up every morning at 6:25. The nights aren't long anymore, which sucks sometimes, but I still get my fun in.

I plan on going back to school for my Masters Degree at some point, but I have taken some time to adjust to full time work and not having to work in my school schedule with a full time job. Those two will have to cross paths at some point but for right now I don't want them to. I'm thinking an MBA would be best, that way I can stay at OU but if I decide to get the Masters in HR, I would need to go somewhere else. More on that to come.

Here are some quick bullet points with some other things going on right now:

- Looking into houses thanks to the current market, going to start physically looking at some soon with a family friend who is a realtor.

- We have been getting a group together every weekend for the Michigan games (I know you guys really don't care so much) and watching the games together. Just drink a lot of beer and yell at the TV...awesome.

- Still go to Wild Bills every Thursday...and Monday...and Tuesday after bowling...

- I just saw Rascal Flatts in concert (Hock you wanted to know the concerts so here you go) at the Palace with Candice, Tom, Josh and Justin. It was awesome and we tailgated from 5-8 in the parking lot. Love tailgating!

- Another season with Grandpa, Dad and Keith at the Lions games, which also includes tailgating and a pit stop at Greektown. As badly as they suck, these games have become tradition and I don't know what I would do on Sundays if we weren't going.

- I have really gotten into the show "Two and a Half Men" which is just awesome. I have the first 4 seasons on DVD and there isn't a bad episode in the bunch.

- I really do need to catch up on every "Heroes", still haven't done that.

- House, Lost, The Shield, Raising the Bar (Zack Morris with long hair), among other shows are the ones currently ready to record on my DVR.

- Bud Light is the beer of choice...a choice I make often.

- I can't wait for "The Dark Knight" DVD to come out on December 9th!

- "Zodiac" was a long movie Hock, I didn't realize it until I wanted to take a nap half way through too. Good movie, just too long.

- I got a Blackberry and damn it is addicting! Love it though, it's a sweet piece o' technology.

- I hope that the jobs that my fellow bloggers and friends have are all going well! My best wishes to all of you, of course. Any help I can ever be please don't hesitate to ask (look at your resume, interview tips, etc.)

Alright, I'm out of things to say I believe. Hope that gives you a quick (for Rambo it's quick) overview of my life at the moment. Hope to see you all soon.

P.S. I started this post at 9:27 AM and finished around 1:30 PM...that's my crazy work life for ya.

Brand Spankin' New

So SVG and I went to Brand New tonight for free at the Breslin Center and it fuckin' rocked. Cottonmouth, this show was way better than their Lollapalooza show. The setlist was as follows:

Tautou
Sic Transit Gloria...Glory Fades
Jaws Theme Swimming
Okay, I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't
Luca
Sowing Season (Yeah)
Jesus Christ
The Archer's Bows Are Broken
You Won't Know
Degausser

The "Okay, I Believe You..." was amazing. They extended the middle bass break down into something of a pseudo-jam. And they played for over an hour (unlike the 45 minute Lolla bullshit).

The down side was that this concert was also co-headlined by Nas. So we were surrounded by not just Brand New fans but slightly annoying (and annoyed) Nas fans. But, whatever. All-in-all is was so awesome...especially because it was freeeeeeeee!

[Umphrey's in exactly a week]

G-O-E-R-G

Hey You Guuuuuyys!

Am I running this thing all by myself now? You're all lame. Post something, I don't care what it is, just stop leaving me hanging. Here, I'll help you out. Answer questions like: what are you up to these days, what movies/concerts have you seen lately, what do you think about the economy, how's school/work going, how many beers have you drank lately? I don't fucking care, just post. EVERYONE! Especially you, Rambo!

Here's my story. I'm stuck in this hotel with nothing to do and no money to do anything anyways because I can't cash this fucking check. But there is light at the end of the tunnel, because I was told I can go to a currency exchange. Hopefully that works.

I wish training was over with, because I'm just repeating things I already know. Luckily I'll be able to live at the apartment for the next 2 months when I get back. So I get to hang out with Goerg and the guys who can't type (yes, that's you, Claudio and Kiznox) for at least 2 months. It'll be great to finally be out of this hotel. The fucking wireless here sucks swamp ass. At around this time at night, the fucking internet slows down so much that I can't even open the homepage with barely anything on it. Pitiful.

I haven't watched any new movies lately, except for about 75% of Zodiac, because I fell asleep. Waking up at 5:30 every morning sucks. I did watch Heroes though. Gotta say, some of the things felt rushed and were very odd, but overall the episodes were rocking hardcore. I can't wait for the season to unfold. I wish I was able to watch Always Sunny, but I can't because this hotel doesn't have FX and the internet is slower than dial-up.

The economy sucks and I hope we don't get screwed over by rich fuckers. Fucking greedy bastards doing bad business and reaping odd rewards.

I've only drank once, at Bdubs, the whole time I've been here. That's because this fucking state won't cash my check.

I don't have much more to say right now. So, tootles for now. When I come back there better be some more posts.

Fuck You, Comerica!

Why can't you have a fucking branch in Illinois?! It is making it a real burden to cash this check that I need to, umm, well...LIVE! I tried Meijer, but it's out of state and won't honor my check. Fuck Meijer! I tried WalMart, but they won't accept it for some reason stupid compatability issue. Fuck WalMart (And not just for that reason)! I went to some loan place around here that came up on a search, on google, for "CHECK CASHING" and they said they don't do that. WTF Google?! Now I have one more option I'm trying tomorrow during my lunch (sacrificing my lunch time) and if it doesn't work, I'm gonna be pissed. Fuck you, Illinois, you're nothing but trouble!

Hey Hock

Well I have rehearsal on saturday evening, but we should still do something, whether we meet somewhere or you come here or whatever? Any ideas? I show you REAAAAL good time. Double entendre intended

Stop screaming Hock....

With Hock's increasing need for a break in boredom, here are some things in my life:

-September 25th, I will be seeing Brand New (for free!) at the Breslin Center, top-billed with Nas (meh). I see this show as a chance at redemption since it was so disappointing show at Lollapalooza. Now I get to see them inside (yay for acoustics)! And hopefully they will expand their repetoir to not only "Devil and God are Raging Inside Me" and only a few tracks from "Deja Entendu." I am really hoping that they do not jsut plug their newest album again and totally disregard their previous efforts, which were amazing. Fingers crossed.

-October 2nd, I will be seeing Umphrey's McGee (surprise!) in Kalamazoo. This will be my 5th time seeing them this year and 23rd over all. Yes, I am obsessed. I can't help it. Amazing musicians + breathtaking songs + everchanging setlsts = David's boner.

-October 19th, I wil see Minus the Bear in D-Town. This should be interesting. I have no idea what they sound like and the guy I am going with I haven't seen since I stopped working at Domino's. But MtB rocks and should prove very awesome. I hope they play everything from "Menos el Oso."

-September 23rd, sneak peek of "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist," Claudio, you in?

- I miss Mike. It's only been a few days, but lonesome is a very mean mistress. Hope all is well, my friend.

-I miss my Marky. Who bist du? Sind alle gut?

-I have recentl watched all of "Freaks and Geeks" and "Undeclared." Two Judd Apaotow joints. All very great. I especially liked Undeclared (better than F&G). Jay Baruchel makes awkward, hilarious. And there are so many crossover actors from show to show. I highly recommend both.

-I am starting to watch the entire series of Gilmore Girls. Just finished the first season and am currently downloading the second. I have already seen the 6th and 7th season, so it is really weird to know how the series ends and now start it over.

-I am always looking for new movies, but, alas, my internet has been gone for about a week and a half. This sucks. It should be back by tomorrow. (more finger crossing)

-I just saw "The Sasquatch (Dumpling) Gang." It must have been by the same people that do Napoleon Dynamite. So very awkward and funny. Watch it.

I guess that is all for now. Keep in touch, Clusterfuckers.

Tina Fey Saves SNL

Well, sort of. I didn't watch the full episode, but I did see the opening skit. Hilarious. So, incase you missed it:

(Sorry, but a fucking streaming video is all I could find. I fucking HATE streaming videos because of all the fucking choppiness)

And this is just funny. I know it's kinda old, but you may have not seen it (sorry for the poor quality):

Also, seriously, someone post something!

More News You Don't Care About

Today, more shit on Wall Street. World insurance giant, AIG, was bailed out of financial turmoil by the federal government to save them from bankruptcy. They were given $85 BILLION! I don't know what this will mean in the short run, long run, any run, but I hope it pays off in the end. On paper this sounds very smart, seeing that AIG controls trillions of dollars in insurance and investments and if everyone lost that, then the world would be fucked. So...I hope this shit storm ends soon...because the USA is supposed to be a world money leader, not poor as fuck.

On a related note, what's up with anyone on the news blinking 100 times per minute? I can see the people not wanting to look like they are reading the teleprompter, but what about everyone else? They all do it.

America's in the Shitter

After watching a bunch of CNN and with the collapse of Lyman and Wall Street, America sucks. The prices of homes are down by at least 25% and government spending doesn't seem to be slowing down, especially with Bush being able to side step his books. Hey, the price of oil is down, until everyone starts filling up. To top it off, I am on the fence between who to vote for for president. Obama is a child with immature ads and McCain is a republican.

So why am I watching CNN? Well, because I'm a corporate employee...in training. What that means is that I can't socialize with anyone here in training (but I probably will) or anyone working in the office. So I'm stuck here in the hotel. Today I didn't mind because I just took a nap. Eventually I'll start going to the bar, reading, or learning everything there is to know in existence from the internet because for some reason things won't download from torrents with any speed so I gave up for now and won't have much to do. The fucking TV has no A/V inputs or any inputs what-so-ever so I can't play Xbox either. Though, I did watch Californication with David Duchovny on Showtime. Gotta say, it's funny, Duchovny rocks.

Right now I should go to bed, but Adventures In Babysitting with Elisabeth Shue is on the Oxygen network (don't judge me!). Much love guys, I miss everyone.

For fucks sake, someone post something before I go insane!

PS. Ghost Town looks hysterical.

Fuck You Illinois Highway System!

So last night I was driving down here to Champaign, on the same route I took about a month ago. It started out raining, kinda slowed me down due to traffic, but I was still doing decent time. Then the rain stopped and I started flying. Things are looking up at that point. I drive a little bit more and finally reach I-80...that's when my anger meter exploded and my happy meter took a coffee break to fuck that 60 year old prostitute with the clap and hep B, without a condom. Anyways, I-80 was CLOSED! All 5 lanes! So they horded us to the next exit in some huge clusterfuck (yay, blog!) of a mess and got onto whatever fucking highway I was on. I didn't know where to go because THERE WERE NO FUCKING DETOUR SIGNS! So I decided to turn around and maybe get back onto I-80. Boy was I wrong. I had to turn around again and start from the back of the line I was already in. Oh boy, it's not finished yet.

So I jump on I-90 where there was one detour sign. Drive on it for a while, because, luckily, I had a Michigan map with the freeways for the upper part of Illinois and I see that I-90 hits I-57, which is what I needed. Miles and miles go by and no exit...for anything. Next thing I know, I'm on a toll road. Drive some more and still no exit or signage, nothing. Guess what, I hit ANOTHER toll road (this one $3). So at this point...I'M IN FUCKING CHICAGO! I need to be at least 120 miles south of that. Finally I hit an exit, turn around and book it out of that fucking place, pissed off beyond belief. Guess what, I find I-57 like 10 miles from there and jump on it. At this point, I'm on hour 6 of a 5 hour car ride, with another hour and a half left. Finally I arrived at the hotel, after driving at least 40 miles out of my way.

Thanks, Illinois. Fuck you too!

The Weekly WYR

College Humor has graciously posted yet another addition of the Weekly WYR and I will take the time, because I have nothing else to do at the moment, to enlighten you on my choices for those most difficult of questions.

Would you rather...

Be Michael Phelps and be super famous every 4 years or be Ben Savage and be moderately famous forever?

I have never liked the idea of being a celebrity and having everyone constantly following you and taking pictures of every move you make and every shit you take. However, with Ben Savage, you only see him sporatically in the news and in movies so I'll take moderately famous over the outrageously famous Phelps who is not just famous every 4 years, but is everywhere you look.

Eat an entire Boa Constrictor while it was alive and be a bad ass or eat a dead Boa Constrictor and be a loser who couldn't eat it alive?

Not that I would ever in a million years do this but after a few bites here and there wouldn't it be dead anyway? It won't be alive the entire time you're eating it you douchebag. I think you have an unhealthy obsession and jerk it to pictures of snakes.

Never be able to wear shoes again or have to carry two briefcases wherever you went?

Shoes? Fuck shoes.

Have no one understand anything you said ever or not be able to talk at all?

Isn't this just the same thing just reworded? I think it is.

Have the sickest apartment in Milwaukee or a shitty place in New York City?

I've never been to either city and therefore cannot offer social commentary on either but I'll take the sickest apartment in Milwaukee b/c I can still drive myself around places and Milwaukee is a beer capital!

Fuck the hottest girl ever but all she does is lie there and say how tiny your dick is or bang a mediocre girl who can't get enough of how much of a stallion you are?

As much as it pains me, the hot girl would probably be talking too much, but then again so would the mediocre girl. If, for the purposes of this story, I have the tiny dick then I would say that the hot girl needs to shove it in her mouth. That'll shut her up.

Date a guy who looks like a hot girl or a girl who looks like a hot guy?

Wow.

Have a slutty mom or have a slutty daughter?

Gotta go with slutty mom b/c she may be your mom but at least your daughter isn't the town whore that you have to keep throwing guys off of. With mom, there's not much you can do about it as her child, as a parent, you can murder anyone who touches her. Excellent.

Spiderman 4! and 5?!

Fresh from the grapevine, Spiderman 4 and 5 are confirmed and will most likely be shot back-to-back a-la Lord of the Rings. Sam Raimi will return as director and Tobey Maguire will return for the title role. No word yet if Kirsten Dunst will return as Mary Jane Watson. For me, I could care less if she returns, I would rather have her part recast so someone who is hotter and a better actress could take her place. But that's just one man's opinion of an overrated, unattractive actress.

As for the villians, no offical word yet, but we could see Dr. Connors transform into the Lizard or have John Jameson as the Man-Wolf. Personally, I would love to see Shocker, Kraven, Carnage (hopefully to redo the horror that was Venom), or Scorpion.

These will be true sequels, not a reimagining (new Hollywood buzzword) and they will not be dark, opposing the trend toward "darker" comic movies.

Ok, just give me a 6 pack and some Skittles

First Post on New Computer

Yesterday I bought a MacBook. Haven't used it much yet, but so far so good. It's definitely gonna take me a while to get used to both using a Mac and a laptop.

I'm typing this at Beaners (yes, Beaners, NOT Biggby's) because we've been without internet for a few days and I'm waiting for it to turn back on. Never been in a coffee house using a computer before, not much happens here. I missed the internet and it felt like I've been in the dark for a few days. Luckily, if that's the right word, you guys haven't posted much lately. Where is everyone? Post more.

This post is a jumbled mess.

We are Old or Old is Ill-defined...

So I am dicking around online in between math classes and it seems that all that I love is now old or geared towards 'older' audiences. As everyone knows shows such as Home Improvement and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air are now on Nick-at-Nite, the old persons' Nickelodeon. Yikes. These shows were finished only 12 and 9 years ago, respectively. Both beginning in the early 1990s. How old can a twenty-something feel?

Well, today I stumpled across the TV Land website. And what shows have they now acquired to sit beside the likes of Three's Company, I Love Lucy, Hogan's Heroes, The Andy Griffith Show? That's right folks, Just Shoot Me (ending only 5 years ago) and Scrubs (still awaiting NEW episodes!). What is that crap all about? Does everyone and their mother just get the rights to play Scrubs on any network they want when they buy the DVDs or something? Do they come with a licensed agreement? Scrubs is one of the shows that everyone knows and now it is on every channel. Why sell out so much? Trust me, people will still watch the show even if it isn't on every basic and non-basic cable channel. Psh.

Anyways, quick thought, quick post.

G-O-E-R-G

PS: Umphrey's McGee tonight in South Bend! Peace out, Partyin' Peeps!

Highest Grossing Movies

According to detnews.com and boxofficemojo.com, here are the highest grossing movies of all time, with inflation added in. This was pretty interesting based on all the hype of "The Dark Knight" being one of the highest grossing movies of all time. In all reality, it falls at #29 right now with nearly $506 million.

Here is the Top 10, with some extra notes at the end:

1. "Gone with the Wind" (1939) - $1,430,476,000
2. "Star Wars" (1977) - $1,261,086,700
3. "The Sound of Music" (1965) - $1,008,300,900
4. "E.T." (1982) - $1,004,328,700
5. "The Ten Commandments" (1956) - $927,480,000
6. "Titanic" (1997) - $908,688,900
7. "Jaws" (1975) - $906,798,000
8. "Doctor Zhivago" (1965) - $878,879,000
9. "The Exorcist" (1973) - $782,826,200
10. "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" (1937) - $771,720,000

I thought this was pretty interesting to read, crazy to imagine any movie making over $1 billion in the end. The rest of the list can be found here.

Professor Cottonmouth

So I'm all started with school now. First off, I basically love my classes. Well, truly I don't really have that many, and Art Song will be annoying because voice majors are annoying and it'll be real boring. But my Italian class is incredible, and besides that I just have lessons, choir, and studio master class.

I taught my first two drill sections yesterday, and sat in on my second lecture this morning at 8 (tuesday and thursday at 8... sick. although class is much more bearable when you don't have to participate ha). And it turns out I'm actually a good teacher. my first section isn't as much fun as the second because the first is mostly music majors who wish they weren't there and I have a senior heckler who's trying to take it as a blow-off and if he keeps pissing me off I'm gonna fail his ass so he doesn't graduate. But my second section is like the most amazing people ever - mostly non-music majors who actually want to learn this material. Three people stayed after class to just chat with me and find out what kinda things I'm into. One thing I had both classes do was write down on their information sheet a few bands/djs/composers/artists they like and I'm going to have music playing every day as class is starting. The second section seemed to be a big fan of this especially, so that'll be fun. I really want the people to take something from this class, and it really feels like my students like me a lot already. Also I had a girl come to my office hours this morning who was struggling with a little bit of the material, and one on one I was able to help her a lot, and she was really thankful.

I had no idea that being an A.I. could be so rewarding. it's incredible.

Miss you guys, have fun at Umphrey's this weekend if you're going, and much love to you all
Cottonmouth out

UPDATE: The first section is now amazing as well. I've never seen a group of people so excited about music theory. It's complete insanity. They've already told me straight up that I'm their favorite teacher this year. One girl who even tested out of the class considered staying in it so I would still be her teacher, apparently... how bout that... And heckler guy likes me a lot too - and was perfectly respectful all day.

Who is that pale skinned creature?

Well, I have done it. I managed to scrape together a buttload of time to watch fifty new installments of good and not-so-good cinema. Here they are in order in which I watched them. Let me know, as usual, if anyone wants to know anything about any of them. I'll comment on the ones I liked and disliked, more than normal.

Drillbit Taylor, I'm Reed Fish (I really liked this, it's a movie inside a movie), In Bruges (three HP character actors are in it!), The Bank Job, Rush Hour 3 (crap, especially without subtitles), Dave Chappelle's Block Party, Kickin' It Old Skool (shit), Royal Tenenbaums, Meet Bill (a surprisingly cool movie), Starship Troopers 3: Marauder (OMG, Rico is back!!), American Pie Presents Beta House, Tropic Thunder, Leatherheads, I am Legend, Smiley Face (hilarious stoner comedy), Smart People (not a movie for everyone, unless you get a boner for words, like this guy), The Ten (excellent), Enchanted, Forbidden Kingdom, Tuck Everlasting, Penelope (Christina Ricci is still hot, even with a pig nose), The Spiderwick Chronicles (Seth Rogen's voice steals this movie), Crazy/Beautiful, Drop Dead Fred, TV: The Movie, Kinky Boots, Chaos Theory, Mr. Brooks (creepily awesome), The Aristocrats (offensively hilarious), Run Ronnie Run! (a real David Cross masterpiece), The Magic Roundabout (aka Doogal), The Chumscrubber (a semi-fucked up take on Generation Rx), Zathura, Wonder Boys (totally worth seeing for Michael Douglas as a pothead professor), Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (awesome!), The Killing of John Lennon (a look into the messed up head of Mark David Chapman, the man who killed one of the greatest musicians of all time), Boxing Helena (sucks), Full Metal Jacket (Kubrick is a genious), SiCKO (enlightening), Puddle Cruiser (a very good try at comedy fromt he early Broken Lizard guys), I Heart Huckabees (really good), The Last Boyscout, The Usual Suspects, Zodiac, Down with Love (littered with sexual innuendo), Baby Mama (disappointing), Watching the Detectives (pretty decent), Speed Racer (nauseating, right Scott?), Chasing Amy

Favorites: I'm Reed Fish, The Usual Suspects, Meet Bill, Run Ronnie Run!, Smiley Face, Royal Tenenbaums, I Heart Huckabees, Watching the Detectives, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

See you all around, friends of friends.

By the way, I miss you all.
