Yet another reason to move to NY...

Local woman gets 29,000$ after being illegally arrested for going topless. If only she had been far sexier...However, now that this has made The Post, maybe more women will be inclined to rip off their tops and take a stroll through Times Square or Central Park. Can we all just admit that the world would be a sexier place if more women were nude? At least, if more sexy women went topless?
