Alright, how about this: I completely understand what UNICEF was going for with this ad campaign, however I refuse to give much credit to the public as a whole. In the time that we are currently living in all it seems to take is one nut bag or group of nut bags, (PETA, the NAACP, etc) to call national attention to this as one huge "slap in the face" to race.
I put this post up to coincide with one that I had written the other day. Hopefully you remember the Nanny State issue in NY where the terms 'bitch' and 'ho' are under consideration to be banned.
I want to put all of this crap under the umbrella of "Calm Down". In this society, that ad campaign would never work. Hell, it may even be the downfall of the American UNICEF. That is because we are all nuts. It really is sad.
